We categorize products by condition: NEW (unopened, factory sealed), LIKE NEW (opened but unused), RETURNED (customer returns, may have minor wear), MIXED (various conditions), and SALVAGE (as-is, may have damage).

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and size. Orders over $500 may qualify for free shipping on select items.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, all sales are generally final. However, if you receive an order significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
