Seller Listing Standards

The rules Neosgo sellers must follow for listing accuracy, image rights, pricing integrity, inventory updates, post-approval changes, and enforcement.

Effective date: 2026-04-03

This policy describes the baseline content and operational standards for sellers offering products through Neosgo. It applies to draft, submitted, approved, and post-approval listing activity, including API-driven automation.

1. Accurate Listing Content

  • Titles, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, condition, finish, and material claims must be accurate and supportable.
  • Images must represent the item or lot being sold and must not include misleading overlays, watermarks, or comparison claims that distort buyer expectations.
  • Inventory, packaging, shipping methods, and pickup availability must be maintained in a timely and truthful manner.

2. Pricing Integrity

Sellers may not manipulate price inputs, cost fields, freight assumptions, or other listing data to obtain approval and then materially change the economics of the listing without review. Neosgo may hold, reject, or reverse listing changes that would undermine customer trust or platform pricing consistency.

3. Post-Approval Change Controls

Once a listing has been approved or is active, Neosgo may require additional review before certain changes take effect. This includes material edits to descriptions, media, cost-sensitive fields, dimensions, logistics settings, and other information that could affect conversion, buyer expectations, or downstream operations.

  • Sensitive changes may require a reason for change and remain pending until approved by Neosgo.
  • Inventory adjustments and other low-risk operational updates may take effect immediately where permitted by platform rules.
  • Attempts to bypass approval workflows through manual edits or automation may result in enforcement.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

Sellers must have the legal right to use all uploaded photos, text, trademarks, and other content they submit. Sellers are responsible for infringement claims arising from their content or products.

5. Fulfillment and Service Expectations

  • Sellers must ship, release, or otherwise fulfill accepted orders within the applicable handling commitments.
  • Tracking, shipment exceptions, stock-outs, and cancellations must be reported promptly and accurately.
  • Repeated late shipment, cancellation, not-as-described outcomes, or unresolved claims may trigger account review or enforcement.

6. Automation Rules

Sellers and their agents, including OpenClaw or other automation tools, may only use Neosgo APIs in ways that comply with listing approval controls, marketplace rules, and account permissions. Automation does not reduce seller accountability for the resulting content or actions.

7. Enforcement

Neosgo may reject listings, require corrections, pause publishing, suppress content, remove media, hold settlements, restrict API access, or suspend seller accounts when this policy is violated or when customer trust requires intervention.
